There are a few women writers who think that they&#039;re not as successful as the guys, because they&#039;re being discriminated against, and are putting it across the board on the rest of us as well. I know my comments will get their hackles up - whether or not they say anything anywhere is another thing entirely..LOL

I&#039;ve never come across sexism as either a writer or editor. One client told me he prefers working with women editors because they don&#039;t impress themselves on his work.

I&#039;m really liking the fact that the numbers are growing in the slush piles, though! ;)]]></description>
