The first Indiegogo campaign was wonderful, and we raised $310 before the time ran out. We’ve started another, and hopefully we’ll get closer to the goal this time. <\/p>\n

For two years, The New Bedlam Project survived as a free-to-read, blog-based webzine. TNBP is a paying market, registered with both Ralan.com and Duotrope.com, supported by small ads and donations. Some of horror and sci-fantasy\u2019s most promising up and coming writers have been spotted on the streets of New Bedlam, possibly looking for a way out, or perhaps they seek Morpheus, ready to bribe him for just a few moments of sleep.<\/p>\n

From a candle\u2019s reflection in the mirror, to the darkest corners of imagination, New Bedlam has grown to encompass far more than anyone ever dreamed of. The monsters have definitely escaped their bounds, and the writers may never sleep again.<\/p>\n

What We Need & What You Get in Return<\/strong><\/p>\n

We’re looking for $1200 in order to continue The New Bedlam Project’s journey into print. First with the collections Town Archives Vol.1 & 2, and any remaining funds will be used towards the 2014 anthology project.<\/p>\n

Specifically:<\/em><\/p>\n

$900 for Town Archives Vol. 1 & 2<\/p>\n

$10 stipend for each contributor & artist
\nPurchasing & shipping contributor copies<\/p>\n

Remaining Funds for Promotions, Future Anthology Projects<\/p>\n

We’ve added some perks to our campaign, and editor Jodi Lee is personally including a digital copy of her short story collection, Into a Long Ago Future, with each and every donation.<\/p>\n

If we don’t meet our goal, the funds we do receive will be used towards the Town Archives Volumes first, with any overage going towards future works and promotions.<\/p>\n

The New Bedlam Project has caught the imagination of and been home to brand-new and established writers from around the globe.
