I took stock over the weekend, and realized that I don’t have as many stories ready for submission as I thought I did. They’re out – most of them, anyway.<\/p>\n
Faith, Lies & Videotape is currently in sub to the Holy Horror Anthology from Teeming Brain. No word yet on that one….although I’m practically gagging for info!<\/p>\n
The Rock is currently in sub and sitting in the second stage slush pile with the folks at Fine Tooth Press for the anthology Strange Stories of Sand and Sea.<\/p>\n
Black & White is in sub at Red Light District’s Cutting Edge contest, sponsored by Black Ink Horror. Last I checked, there were only three entries and there’s just under a week to enter.<\/p>\n
Days, Hours, Minutes, Seconds is in sub to Horror Library 2.<\/p>\n
Interludes is in sub to Echoes of Terror, and looking good after a tiny re-write at the request of the submissions editor.<\/p>\n
That leaves If Silence Were Golden, Legless Ones and Supernova sitting in the stewpot. Well, and The Lion Roared, but I’m not sure if I could find an appropriate place for it, since it would technically be a reprint. I wish I’d known Honorable Mentions would be published…*sigh*<\/p>\n
I wish the database save from Sonar hadn’t have been buggered. Then I could pinpoint exactly how many submissions of what type and genre I’ve done since January. Argh! <\/p>\n
