Slamming two weeks into one, since I missed last week after having an awesome post to put up. Think I can find it now? Think I can remember the bulk of it? Nope… I just remember the feeling of puffed-up pride as I was hitting the schedule button.<\/p>\n

Yeah, now I think I dreamt it. Probably did. Or something.<\/p>\n

I’ve been feeling very much like these guys lately. Like there is another part of my mind that kinda feels like a prisoner that just wants to break out and drive fast cars. Not that I don’t love the Thad Beaumont character, but come on, who wouldn’t take a bit of George Stark instead? He’s got the good car and the attitude to match it.<\/p>\n

And then there’s the other side of my brain that wants to have a couple of good old fashioned breakdowns such as those in Secret Window<\/em> and The Shining<\/em>. <\/p>\n

It could be nothing more than needing to schedule myself a movie night with all four movies, a bottle of cola and some snacks. Or, it could be more…<\/p>\n

Do crazed writers dream of corn fields and end of days? I can not be the only one that has noticed the amount of corn and corn fields present in King works. Lately I’ve been seeing a lot of corn in my dreams, and a lot of canola and honey bees. There has to be something there I should explore, right? I mean, besides living in the corn\/canola belt of Manitoba and having a daughter that works, eats, breathes and lives honey bees…<\/p>\n

Maybe there’s something there that needs a bit of crazy added to it. Or should I say, crazier. Definitely feeling like I’ve got to get the extra people and stories out of my brain soon, or there’s going to be some sort of nasty explosion, and I don’t think anyone wants to clean a keyboard full of gunk. Least of all me, lol. Writers gotta write, am I right or am I right? Nasty things happens when there’s blocks ‘n things.<\/p>\n

Ponder that one, would you? I’ve got a zucchini lasagne to put together for supper!<\/p>\n
