Anyone who visits this blog on a regular basis knows I’m not christian, but may not know that until the age of 12, I was relatively ‘churchy.’ I attended Sunday School and Vacation Bible School, I could repeat a handful of verses, prayers and psalms when asked. And then things changed, as they do.

We had an issue with a chicken here on Monday, and once the kid and I wrestled it into submission, it was too late to have it for supper. This is what I did, and it can be done with a turkey carcass, too!

I wasn’t sure I was going to write about my health for the blog, but since it has/is going to continue to affect my Belfire and freelance work schedule a little bit, I decided to make this post.

Catching up, and at least this post will have the right week number in both title AND the promo that goes to the social networks. *facepalm* Ssshhhh, I has the dumb sometimes.

Everything is moving either too slowly, or too quickly. It’s that damn clock/calendar thing, and it’s getting on my nerves.
