This is a day late, but I’ll behave better on the rest of this little journey. Hopefully.

I believe this started off as a ten day meme on Facebook, but some friends and I are too scattered and busy to do it all in ten days, so we’re taking ten weeks. This first week is: Ten things you want to say to ten different people right now.

10: (friend until I said no) I saw through you – too late – but I saw through you. I will look back fondly on some of the memories, but not the way I allowed you to manipulate me.

9: (D) It’s still just a word. But it’s a word I really, really meant, and no – I’ve never been mad at you.

8: (friend so far away) I missed you, I miss you, I will miss you forever.

7: (friend across the veil) As with 8 – only I’ll miss you forever, permanently.

6: (family) I’ve said all I have to say to you all.

5: (her) Look around you. How many of your ‘see-them-all-the-time’ friends are relatives? How many aren’t related by blood? Yeah, think about that for five minutes, if you can see past yourself that long.

4: (him) Someday you’ll wake up and realize you’re broken because you’ve let yourself be abused and harangued for too long. They are so disappointed in you.

3: (Glas Celli) You are my family, my ground, my light. Thank you isn’t enough, but it’s what I’ve got so – thank you.

2: (L, M & B) You three have kept me balanced and walking the line between giving up and going overboard. Thank you is again not enough, but… thank you.

1: (you) Thank you for reading my blog, whether you’re new here or someone that keeps coming back to see how insane, maudlin, whiny or shiny-happy I am at any given time. I appreciate you, I really do. Seriously.
