After the release day surprise over at Belfire, I took a coffee break and decided to update my page here during my down time. I find it interesting that I don’t feel the cold in this room while I’m working on Belfire materials, but the moment I switch over to my own – I’m freezing.

See, it’s the beginning of winter in Canada. A while ago, the heater in my room/office fell off the wall. I haven’t turned it on since, because I’m that worried it’ll catch the carpet on fire and while this house is little more than kindling, it contains things I love. Like my kids, and the pets, and this computer, and the furniture and… well, the New Bedlam mirror. Tonight, Carrie and I are going to attempt to fix it back to the wall, and *fingers crossed* we’ll be toasty-ish in here again.

I keep mumbling soon, soon we’ll be moving and it’ll all be a flicker of a memory…. If I’m doing it in public, please just ignore me. In the meantime:

I’ve updated my covers for sale page with two of the more recent little projects. These two, for whatever reason, hold a tiny place in my heart. I loved working with the bikini, and making the people look a bit like mannequins. I think they do, anyway. The ‘wolf cry’ cover is really my favorite though.

I’ve also updated my schedule, and for a limited time (December) I’m offering two spaces for full packages (including: edit to 85k words, follow-up proof, format for self-pub or submission, cover, ads and trailer). Individually these items would total $620, but I offer the full package at $500 – and the two spots available are also discounted 10% for the holiday season. So, a $620 value for $450!
