Some time ago, I set my project list up so I could tick things off as I completed them. These are due on the 5th (mostly self-imposed, but they are actually Belfire deadlines that NEED to be met). By the time this posts, it’ll be the 5th, and I’ll strike-through those that I’ve actually met.

Two edits – figured I’d miss this one

The italic deadlines are between June 10th and July 1. Belfire and client work is all due now, but I have until the 10th, because I have no choice. There is just so much right now, and not enough time. Who said summertime is lazy time?

I had no idea that when I was ready for freelance work again, that I’d get it, and so quickly. I’ve marked July booked as a ‘just in case’ since I have some bids floating on jobs right now that would start around July 1. August is actually booked. September may be. It feels good! And if September is booked, that means I’ll be booked through until January. Knock on wood, rub lucky crystal, light intent candle, and all that….

And now that Belfire is starting to wrap up its 2013 year (at least until release days) and looking forward to some changes in 2014, there’s some spark in what I’m doing there as well. I won’t jinx it by saying things are going great, because every other time I’ve done that, some disastertastrophe lands in our yard, but I will knock on wood and say it’s good to be busy.

But not too busy, okay universe? Let’s save some for October and December… just in case. <|;^) Have an awesome week! <3 JL
