At quarter after one AM – 1:15 AM – the muse kicks in. Now, after months and months of being relatively silent, now she goes “hey, let’s play!” There are days (HA nights, more like) I’d like to trap her, stick her in a cage and poke her with sharp sticks. Or… I could do that to the fornit. He’s just as bad as she is, only he does it with peanut butter.

Anyway, so here I was, minding my own youtube subscriptions when she starts whispering in my ear. So, I open the WiP folder and next thing I know, there’s a new file in there. With words.

I have a meeting in the morning, and I can’t stop writing. Damn her.

Where does this put the revisions of Samhain’s Call, Fire&Ice/Blessed Eternity, MBaV and Dark? Who the hell knows. I keep adding new WiPs and never getting the old ones done. And never getting past 10k in the new ones. I’m addicted to beginnings and can’t find the endings. I think it’s the muses fault. She causes all this havoc throwing these things at me, then runs off for more hanky spanky in the Royal with the fornit (maybe I should write fornitporn).

Bah. They make me crazy.

But I love them anyway.
