I know that means little to most folks that stop by this blog. Corrie is my all-time favorite TV show – I’ve been watching it for 32 years (not straight through, mind, and to give you an idea of how young I was we were still getting it in black & white, and I was 4) and Ken Barlow has always been a favorite. His wife, Sara, played the judge that presided over Tracy Barlow’s murder trial. I was one of few glad to see the backside of that character, and loved seeing Mrs. Roache in her role as the judge. She seemed a lovely woman, and a fetching actress.

My heart goes out to the Roache family. A pint at the Rover’s wouldn’t go amiss tonight.
