Oh Yeah!
When I take a coffee break or lunch break, I’ll often go over to Pogo.com and play Scrabble. I love Scrabble, and I particularly love Scrabble when I don’t have a whiny, overly-competitive, know-it-all sore loser across the table from me. No offense, Mom. Well, maybe a little.
Anyway, I nailed it today.

I played QUIZZER across the top center triple word, with the numbered Z over the double letter. The other Z was obviously a blank. The word scored 105 points – BUT – it took up all my tiles, therefore giving me a further 50 points.
Next turn, I put an S over the top right triple word to make QUIZZERS, which netted a further 75 points.
HA. Now if I could only do that when I’m playing against my mother….

Hey Jodi!
Awesome on the scrabble score, haha! I used the game in my most recent novel I completed (though I did it in a way that kept me from actually knowing how to play it, lol.)
I found this as well: http://amazingwordpressthemes.com/ Dunno if you’ve heard of the site, but just wanted to let you know about it. (Feel free to edit that part out — I have no idea where your email address went in my contacts list. :/)
Hey Kody!
Thank you, thank you! I love Scrabble. I’m amazed I love it, considering my mother, who taught me the game, is not only an insanely bad loser, she’s a nasty winner, too. But, I love the game.
I’m just looking at that site now…wow, thanks, sweetie! Someday, this blog is going to have a different skin for every month. LOL
