After a rough yesterday, and an all-nighter, I’ve decided to save the crashing until at least 1 PM. I need to get my sleep schedule back into some semblance of normalcy before too much longer, or SAD will sink in hard this year. Much as I like the idea of the UV lightbulbs, they hurt our eyes (mine and Care’s) and the two of us have enough migraines as is, thank-you-very-much.

I’ve got comments, email and other stuff to catch up on, but that won’t be happening until very late tonight, or tomorrow. We’re going out for Rhia’s (belated) birthday dinner and *something* tonight. *something* may be shopping, but I dunno for sure. We’ll see what she wants to do.

Rhia approached the principal and a couple of teachers with an idea today, one she’s had ruminating for months. She wants to raise funds to replace the old, wooden (now classed as needing to be removed and replaced) and handicapped inaccessible playground equipment. Miami school has one structure, and a set of swings (woohoo…but with only 150 or so students, it works). Rhia has never been able to play well, if at all, on that structure.
