We in the erotic/romance small press field have recently heard or experienced the deaths of various publishing companies. Triskelion being the most yabbered about lately. I’m determined to stay awake for most of the day today. Or even all of it. I slept four hours yesterday, between 8:30 and 2:30. My schedule is so out of whack it’s making me feel sick again. Some writers have ‘soundtracks’ that they create for their projects. I’m one of those writers.
I have three cds of some of the most viscious, intense, insane songs for Bleed. The playlist was built over the month of November, 2005… and never fails to disturb some of my friends if/when I bring ‘em out and let ‘em play. That’s fine.
I think they’ll like this one better. Samhain’s Call is a semi-paranormal, dark romance. There is no happy ending here. This story was pulled from that dark place in my heart …
