Michele Lee has a solid bit of common sense up at her blog. It seems people somewhere are debating boycotting Borders for not stocking certain titles. She suggests Amazon, or special-ordering. I agree.
I have never personally dealt with Borders. I don’t think we have that up here, but we do have Chapters/Indigo and McNally Robinson, etc. Not to mention the occasional small business bookstore… (I desperately miss our local. Desperately.) I can’t even contact support, check groups, check mail – nada. I can get to my main user page and that’s freaking it. I suppose after this long without too many problems, I should be grateful, but shit. It’s kinda pissing me off. I like posting there, too. Half the folks I read over there only blog over there. Even my feedreader isn’t picking them up!

Myspace is full of suck tonight. I can get into almost all of the associated accounts there, except for my main one. I have a note from Tom, saying they’re upgrading something, it’ll be back, wait it out. I can understand being locked out for an upgrade, but locked out for an upgrade on ONE account? Frustration… Not to mention, I believe they locked me out as I was posting (and lost!) an amazing post on the attitude of some Myspace users.
