I am awfully undignified sometimes.

This morning I received an email from Carole Spencer, owner of Lachesis Publishing, and the two imprints, LBF Books and Sinful Moments Press. She was writing to give me information on the duties of an editor in chief, along with an offer for the EiC position with the LBF Books imprint. Despite wanting to immediately just jump in and scream YESYESYES ala Meg Ryan, I took my time and thought it over.

Ok, not really. I pretty much replied right away, once I’d woken up (it was a long night).

I’ll be training for the position shortly. The butterflies in my stomach are actually getting painful, they’re so fluttery… lol.

(addendum to the re-post: Louise will start sending files, and training me tomorrow afternoon. I just have to remember to breathe, breathe, breathe… exhale!)
