URGENT – Spare Laptops Needed for Clarion West Writers!

The Clarion West sf writers’ workshop was burgled, and four laptops belonging to the writers in-training were stolen.

These folks are impecunious writers (not able to spring for new laptops on short notice) and in some cases actually quit their day jobs in order to come do the intensive six-week writing workshop.

Participation without a laptop to work on is problematic They’re looking for donated laptops that can come FAST. It’s a 501c3, so laptop contributions might well be tax-deductible.
