Happy Halloween for all my non-pagan friends, and a Blessed Samhain to all my pagan friends.

This is the first year the girls aren’t trick or treating. They really shouldn’t have gone last year, but I’ve always said 13 was the oldest they could go – and Care didn’t want to go alone, so Rhia went, too. This year – they’re handing it out, rather than taking.

We’re attempting to take our holiday off, however I’m about to head into more edits and this weekend is of course, uber-busy. With the traditional treat-giving and possible seance/ghost hunt/scary movies tonight, early start for tomorrow morning with NaNo words needing to flow, birthday lunch for mom with family, and Samhain later in the afternoon/evening..

I am so looking forward to Sunday. The girls will sleep in, I can write and edit to my heart’s content..
