Today my children are to be initiated. They’ve finished their early studies, completed their trials, spent countless hours reading their mythologies. Today, they take yet another step on the path less taken – if weather permits a gathering to celebrate Yule at our high priestess’ house. If not, it’ll have to be postponed…

I’m not happy about it, but there really isn’t anything I can do about it. I could try some weather charm or other, but I’m far better with thunderstorms, wind, and rain than I am with snow, wind, and ice.
