Since both Galleys Between – Sacrifice and Creating New Pagan Family Traditions – Samhain are going to be late in releasing (probably), I thought I’d give y’all a sneaky peek at a couple of recipes from Samhain.

If you live in a rural area (at least this one), and sometimes even if you don’t, there are two things you see a lot of around this time of year.

Another JulNoWriMo has come to an end, and although I didn’t hit my goal number, I was pretty darn close. I’m quite pleased with what I achieved (so far) and I’m taking it forward into AugNoWriMo with a goal of completing 20k by the end of the month.

Before next week’s post, we’ll be celebrating Canada Day. I’m intending on celebrating it with some of the recipes below, served on fire-roasted hot dogs and with a few bottles of cold beer. And then maybe we’ll go looking for fireworks.
