How goes the writing for everyone – and for those doing NaNoWriMo – how goes your novel?

Last night, after a couple of solitary sprints and a handful of 30 minute word wars via the NaNo boards, I slightly surpassed my 2013 word goal of 100k.
And there were confetti bombs and fireworks – in my head as I crashed for the night.

Right after I posted my plans for NaNoWriMo, I got another ghostwriting project, both a blessing and a curse.

In the first of the NaNoMeals series, I give you a favorite of mine… this is fabulous served over basmati rice!

I’ve been asked why I bust my arse to be on Twitter every Friday between 4 pm and 1 am.
It’s because these people are busting their arses to be there and inspire a bunch of crazy writers to do better and do more in 30 minute chunks, like a gazillion times.
