Ah, fall… in some places it is an absolutely beautiful time of year, with thousands of shades of red, orange, yellow and brown to dazzle your eyes and ignite your creativity. Which is why for the rest of October, there’s only Visual Prompts!

It’s mid-October already, which means NaNoWriMo is just around the corner. Literally only 17 days away. For some of us, this means absolute panic, even if we’re generally ‘pantsers’ instead of ‘planners.’

It’s that time of year again, and this year we’re thankful for turkey AND zombies!

It’s hot outside. For the time of year, that is, and for our usual nearly sub-zero weather time period… It’s a freakishly balmy 22 degrees Celcius, and perhaps summer has finally decided to show its face. Not likely, but what the heck.
