Thanks to a recent windstorm, I was without internet for a few days, so this is late. I was back yesterday, technically…
So, we’re now at week four. Today, I’m supposed to write about seven things that cross my mind a lot. I’ll have to say, they’re almost all Belfire, work or similarly related, and probably boring to most of you. Nevertheless, here we go, diving in… avoiding the really boring ones. 😉

Every so often, ground beef goes on sale at a pretty good price, so I buy huge amounts of it. Some gets cooked right away – like a batch of chili, or double lasagnas or casseroles, some gets wrapped and packaged up – all for the freezer.

Yes, I know I’m late. x-P I’ve been eyebrow deep in editing projects and stuff.
This week it’s eight ways to win my heart. And I thought the last one was bad… this one is harder yet because frankly, I don’t really know how people have won my heart before. It’s just kind of happened.
Let’s see…maybe I’ll list something that endeared each person to me.
