Get in touch with the Irish in you; as with last week, this week continues the Irish/Green theme…
Monday is St. Patty’s day, and though I don’t agree with the celebration of religious intolerance (you do know what those snakes represent, don’t you?) I do quash my pagan spirit with a wee drop of Guinness, a bit of cabbage, corned beef, and champ.

There are many versions of goulash out there, from traditional Hungarian to ‘whatever’s handy to throw in.’ Over the years, I’ve made several versions of all different ‘traditional’ types and I’m old-hand at throwing whatever might taste good into a casserole and calling it dinner.
