The menagerie is starting to drive me mad… I think we’re at a gazillion cats, 2 dogs, 4 rats, a cockatiel and a fighting fish now. Pretty sure it’s going to be one cat, maybe two, and one rat down though, soon.

Welcome to another Market Monday! Today – since I’ve still not received any requests for promos – I’ve chosen to promote me, and a few of the older Belfire titles.

Has it been as busy a week for you, as it has been for me? I hope so! Creatively busy, anyway… everyone needs some downtime, too…

This week there are two recipes, mainly because I haven’t decided what I’m going to do yet (when I’m writing this) which also means there won’t be a picture yet either.
Also, for one recipe regular beef sausage can be exchanged for the farmer sausage. And for those that don’t know what farmer sausage is, I pity you. It’s a rough ground, smoked sausage. If you’re lucky (like we are usually) you can find the locally produced, properly smoked and seasoned sausage that isn’t full of filler and preservative.
