NaNoMeals – Crock-Pot Pork Chops

Yeah, I’m getting NaNoAddled.
Crock-Pot Pork Chops
6 boneless pork chops
1/4 c brown sugar
1 tsp ground ginger
1/2 c low-sodium soy sauce
Combine ingredients dry ingredients and soy sauce in slow cooker, then add pork chops.
Cook on Low setting for 6 hours.
Serve with baby potatoes and green beans.
By the end of the day you should have completed at least 25005 to stay on track. And ya know what? This is the HALFWAY POINT! *confettiparty*
