Market Monday – In the Garden We Are Growing…
I have to say, ever since I first heard the creepy little voices in Bioshock, singing that line, I’ve wanted to use it for a blog post. And thanks to Gina Ranalli, I can…
Welcome to another Market Monday! Today – since I’ve yet to receive any requests for promos – I’ve chosen a few folks who’ve inspired me, or supported me in one way or another, freaked me out, scared the pants off me, or just… well, I’ve also added a book that’s on my wishlist for ‘buy soon.’
I’ll start with Gina. Not only has she freaked me out and scared the pants off me a few times, she’s also been a huge supporter of Belfire and myself and just a damn good friend.
“A dozen years, a dozen children, and now it was time to plant another.”
A surreal, horrific short story of child murderer Tony Croft and his beloved rose garden where more than just roses grow. From genre favorite Gina Ranalli, author of Unearthed and House of Fallen Trees.
An assassin who’s just accepted her latest contract, complete with target, weapon, and half her fee up front. A skateboarding purse-snatcher, cruising along, always on the lookout for the next opportunistic score. When their paths cross, it’s bad news for both. Lives in danger. Livelihoods on the line. Can’t go to the police. What would YOU do? SCOOT!
Daryl Handy has never been lucky. Cursed with an awkward appearance and unmarketable skills, his life is a constant struggle. However, an assassin bearing a grudge—and Daryl’s face—is about to prove he could have done far worse.
Driven by a hatred that spans dimensions, only Daryl’s death will satisfy his double, and not even other worlds offer any place to hide…
Johnny had been to the top. Young and slick, he knew how to play the high roller, dress the part, and make his opponents sweat. He’d ridden into Vegas on a winning streak a mile wide. But Vegas took everything, even his lucky gold tooth. You’d think he couldn’t fall any lower than a homeless shelter full of the downtrodden. And he couldn’t possibly have anything left to lose.
From the satisfying taste of fresh honey butter to the blissful aroma of a beeswax candle, Honey Crafting celebrates everything the hive has to offer. Inside, you’ll find a variety of sweet crafts for around the home.
