Happy Beltaine or May Day, or just… hey it’s almost Friday!

I wish I had some shots of the apiary spring yard where the girls and I were yesterday, marking spots where the wild prairie crocus are beginning to come back. The girls’ boss had given Carrie a bunch of little yard flags, and we came back with only five… and we didn’t mark each cluster. So many little red flags flapping in the wind, in amongst the little hives. A beautiful thing, not only for the wild coming back, but for the bees, too. Inspirational!
