Belfire’s senior editor, the fabulous Ms. Tracy DeVore, is running an Indiegogo campaign to get her old-fashioned confection, Cinnamon Balls, launched into the world.
Being up here in Canada, I haven’t had a chance to try them yet, but I’m hoping a customs check will show I can order a batch soon. They look so good, and Carrie is a cinna-freak, so she’d be all over ‘em too!

My old-fashioned confections are a huge hit wherever I take them. I’ve had a few people order them online from me during the holidays and even received a 5-star review from the lead guitar player for the band, Foghat (“Slow Ride”)!
Though others have tried to make these cinnamon balls, few have been able to duplicate them. I would like to focus on this particular confection, create a special logo and packaging, with my ultimate goal being to market and sell these in major outlets.
