For Journalling:

Take fifteen minutes from your writing time to stop and add some thoughts on challenge writing to your journal. Do you participate, do you enjoy it? Or do you avoid it and all the similar group writing all together?

For Fiction:

Work this into your NaNovel: A surprise character, showing up for two pages, and two pages only. Just the first name, no back story.
