Looking forward into the year, we have spring, summer and the prairies. What can you make of these prompts?

Several of the groundhogs predicted an early spring this year. Of course they did, it was cloudy. I always hope for cloudy days in winter, but most especially for February 2nd.

I’m looking forward to the Groundhog sticking his (or her) nose out on Monday, but fact is, the weather people are pushing this whole “sunny” thing on us. Time for us keyboard-trolls to duck and cover with some possibly cliche prompting!

It’s going to be an awesome weekend here in southern Manitoba, because I say so… even if the weather does turn cold, we’re going to have plenty to celebrate at our gathering on Saturday!

There’s a bitter wind heading our way, and it may herald another lengthy cold snap. Time to settle in and spin a wintry tale!

Are there any book reviewers out there willing to look at chapbook series? I’ve had seven folks turn me down on the basis they’re chapbooks, not novels. I mean seriously, really? When I was reviewing, I’d have loved doing series, and I did do a few. So if you’re out there, speak up!
