Carrie and I LOVE Lazy Cabbage Rolls. I’ll make this recipe, and that’s what we’ll eat for the week – seriously. It stores really well in the fridge, and it’s even good cold, if the ground beef used is very lean, or it’s pre-cooked and drained before adding to the casserole.

Still on my low and no sodium recipe searches! I use the following spice mixes – well, the commercial ones, anwyay – regularly, and the sodium content in them is astronomical! So between google, cookbooks and fiddling around on my own, here’s my top four. Now if I could only find low-salt Frank’s Red Hot, I’d be a happy girl.
