I’m not so sure about the authenticity of this one, but I’ve tried it and it’s omggood! I think it’s the wine… and frankly, at this point in NaNo, a little wine isn’t going to hurt.

You’re right, it’s pretty much the same as my other crock-pot stew recipe, only this one has a bit more kick to it. I don’t usually add celery to my stews, but if you like it in yours, add a stick, chopped up!

I’ve done this one before without the veg, but now that we can get bok choy and snow peas easily all year round, I’ll be giving it a try!
