Recipe Box – Soup Redux

I originally posted much of this in 2010… I can’t believe it’s been so long, and I’ve since removed it for other reasons. Recently, a conversation with my cousin about my grandfather’s vegetable soup sent me scrambling for the recipe, and… as I’ve done some modifications since, I decided to share again.

Thursday night, I went to watch movies at a friend’s house (where my youngest is currently house-sitting). I came home for an hour or so the other day, but quickly wandered back over there for more movies.

Recipe Box – Imbolc Dinner w/Family

In light of yesterday’s post, I should apologize heartily, and perhaps with a tinge or two of guilt… but today’s recipes really were meant in a traditional Irish way.

5 of 52 Weeks – Hide and Seek Shadows

Apparently the ground hogs of the world were split down the middle, with half saying, YES SPRING IS HERE! The other half, those that need to be stewed in a rich wine sauce, say we’ve got six more weeks of winter.
Technically, they’re right of course.
