This week – since I’ve still not received any information for promos – I’ve chosen to push a few titles from my personal wishlist. These are on my summer reading list, already in the planning!

Creepy things for creepy people writing creepy stories. I’ve been doing a lot of skimming at Reddit Creepy, and I’ve been bitten by the bug. I think I’d prefer creepy over horror, any day!

I made my January word count goal, with weeks to spare, leaving me some space and time to work on a few other things that needed doing. To celebrate this and Bee-Girl’s first college class, I’ve decided to do a traditional roast beef dinner on Sunday. A week and a half after meeting the goal, but hey… time and all.

The menagerie is starting to drive me mad… I think we’re at a gazillion cats, 2 dogs, 4 rats, a cockatiel and a fighting fish now. Pretty sure it’s going to be one cat, maybe two, and one rat down though, soon.
