Chocolate and honey… what more could anyone want?

I made my January word count goal, with weeks to spare, leaving me some space and time to work on a few other things that needed doing. To celebrate this and Bee-Girl’s first college class, I’ve decided to do a traditional roast beef dinner on Sunday. A week and a half after meeting the goal, but hey… time and all.

This week there are two recipes, mainly because I haven’t decided what I’m going to do yet (when I’m writing this) which also means there won’t be a picture yet either.
Also, for one recipe regular beef sausage can be exchanged for the farmer sausage. And for those that don’t know what farmer sausage is, I pity you. It’s a rough ground, smoked sausage. If you’re lucky (like we are usually) you can find the locally produced, properly smoked and seasoned sausage that isn’t full of filler and preservative.

This recipe is dual-purpose; it can be used with leftover meats, or meat that needs to be cooked. It’s the timing that changes, not really much of the method. This is a bit similar to one I posted during NaNoWriMo, but there’s a different kick to it, something a bit… more.
