Market Monday – From French to Prairie Kitchens

I get a kick out of Julia Child. I do. Not enough to through my life or that of others into a blog for a year – although I did enjoy Julie & Julia the movie, not so much the book.
She explains everything simply, as though she were speaking to people who have absolutely no idea what they are doing in the kitchen, perhaps because at the time she learned to cook during her stay in Paris, she too, had no idea. Check out some posts on Youtube, they’re worth …
