A little less preamble this week, here is my flash for the Terrible Minds Flash Fiction Challenge this week… not horror, more a faery tale than anything else.
It ties in with the novella I’ve started out of the blue, sparked from an Instigation, spurred on by #AmWriting, @VirtualWriters, and Friday Night Write Club word sprints.

Writersphere – Birthday Prompt – 7-18-13

I’ve got a good one for you today, birthday themed, since as of today I’m just a year shy of being the answer to life, the universe and everything…. (if you figure that out, gold fngrrl/boi star!)
Actually, first person to post what I meant by that will have a character named after him/her in Windygates, my current WIP. So, go on…figure it out. It’s actually kind of easy!

JulNoWriMo is going great! Lots of words flowing these days, and it certainly feels good to be focusing on this project for a bit, although the characters are being a bit pushy. To be expected, I suppose; this is a twisty little story that seems to grow every time I sit down to write.
